The other parties either never responded or provider a quote, but never followed up. Jonathan was easy to reach, and responded quickly if left a message. He answered questions, never left us wondering. The quote from Silver Leaf was very comparable to the others; but their responsiveness sealed the deal.
We had Silver Leaf replace one window and install a new window where we needed. A good quality Provia window was used. The installers were outstanding. The main installer Chance was friendly, efficient and conscience; he did a great job. Chance believes in doing the detailed work that some others probably don't want to. Joe was working with Chance and just as friendly. They made a good team and made sure the work was done well. Overall, I highly recommend Silver Leaf. It was very satisfying to have a contractor that was good at communication, scheduling, provided quality product and a clean, well done installation. -

Silver Leaf did some repair work on the roof of Church of the Lakes a while back which was great. So when we decided to get our own roof done, I called Josh. He came out to have a look at the roof, gave us some information along with a … More quote and we were set. They came out when they said they would and the awesome crew got right to it. They did everything they could to protect the house and even the bushes. Clean-up was great as well. We are thrilled with the new roof, it really looks great. Silver Leaf installed new skylights for our home. In one of my pictures, you can see the two new skylights. One has the old wood stain molding frame, and the other has a newer white molding.
While the entire crew was friendly, JP and Chance … More have been great to work with. JP has been patient and easy to work with in sales, as we've worked out a few fine details. Chance was also outstanding on the install crew.
After the first skylight was installed, I found out that the old molding was not going to work well with the new skylights. I was concerned. I had questions for Chance. While the whole crew was friendly, I had the most interaction with him.
Chance was very patient, and he acknowledged my concerns. To make the new skylights look their best it was going to be a little extra. He helped me feel comfortable that it was worth it. There was no pressure at all. He assured me it would be fine without, but was very sincere, in that he had a passion for doing good work; he assured me that it would look great if he added the new molding.
After the crew had finished with the install portion, he stayed behind to replace the molding on the inside. The results are better than I expected. I am so happy we made that decision, and I am glad Chance was on the scene.
I should also mention that the room was left as clean, if not a little cleaner, than they found it. -

I cannot say enough about Jonathan, who was very thorough when it came … More to educating Mom and I about the pros/cons of the siding choices for her home. Joe & Marty came for the installation side of the project and they were absolutely amazing!! They were very friendly and so helpful answering questions. They never made me feel like I was bothering them when asking things and went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect. I had put my address bar in the wrong place and they corrected it so that it would be visible from the street. Even going as far as ordering color matching caulk to cover my own mistake. The whole crew had everything done from the removal to the install in just about 1 day (Inclement weather was a huge issue during this time). I have many close friends & family in the real estate business, and I work in the construction compliance field myself. I will be recommending Silver Leaf to anyone that I encounter that is looking into an exterior upgrade. Hands down the best in the business! Thank you guys!

I am very satisfied with my new shingle roof/skylights replacement, and garage door repairs. First things first, Jonathan showed up right on time for an estimate. Impressive already! He was thorough and walked me through options, then promptly … More sent me a reasonable estimate. He even price matched one of the roofing options without hesitation and directed me to a house with the exact shingles I wanted (Midnight Plum color, so it was nice to have a visual). Scheduling was seamless and all of the repairs and replacements were done in 1 day. Luis, in charge of the roofing crew, went above and beyond to carefully and successfully remove and return a mourning dove nest under the eaves. Tony and John worked hard to reframe and replace the rotted man door on the garage, with beautiful results. Highly recommended!
